Appointments
We are currently accepting new patients and strive to make access to care as convenient as possible. New patient appointments are typically available within 4–6 weeks, though availability may vary based on provider schedules and appointment type.
Insurance Accepted
We participate with most major insurance plans, including many Medicaid managed care plans and commercial insurance providers. If you have questions about your coverage, our staff will be happy to verify your benefits prior to your appointment.
Established Patients
Once you become an established patient, we make every effort to provide timely follow-up appointments and address urgent concerns promptly. Whether you need medication management, follow-up care, forms completed, or evaluation of a new concern, our team prioritizes scheduling established patients as quickly as possible.
Scheduling & Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected circumstances can occasionally prevent you from keeping a scheduled appointment. If possible, please notify our office in advance if you are running late or unable to attend your appointment. Our scheduling coordinators will do their best to reschedule you at the earliest available time.

As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent by phone, text message, or email. Please ensure your contact information remains current so we can keep you informed of upcoming visits.
Preparing for Your Visit
To help your appointment run smoothly, please:
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for new patient visits.
- Bring a valid photo ID and insurance card.
- Have an updated list of medications and medical history available.
- Complete any requested paperwork before your appointment, if applicable.
Telehealth Availability
Telehealth appointments may be available for appropriate visits, allowing patients to receive care from the comfort of their home when clinically appropriate.
